There is a need to improve mobility, especially for the young people who travel from one country to another country in the region, and bring it to the level that they would want. And there is a need to recognize qualifications gained in other countries. This contributes to strengthening the competitiveness and attractiveness of individual countries, and of the region as a whole, towards investors and in their EU inclusion as well as in international exchange.
