DOMINIKA SPYRATOU


Dominika has over 12 years of advocacy and research experience. Her work focuses on migration, human rights and the rule of law. She currently works at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) delegation in Greece facilitating effective influencing and advocacy on critical humanitarian issues. Prior to this Dominika has worked as a researcher for the International Rescue Committee and as advocacy manager at the Greek NGO, SolidarityNow.

Between 2008-2016 she worked at the London School of Economics and Political Science, including as Research Unit Manager at the Civil Society and Human Security Research Unit where she managed research and dialogue projects aiming to understand conflict and violence and bridge the gap between citizens and policymakers.

Dominika holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts in Balkan Studies from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.


FRANK MORAWIETZ


Frank Morawietz works as project manager and intercultural trainer. As a partner and managing director of crossborder factory, a think-and-do-tank based in Berlin & Sarajevo, he is especially interested in the question of European integration of the countries of the Western Balkans, in questions of European security policy, dealing with history, international political relations and social entrepreneurship.


K. LOUISE BOOTHE ACHARYA


K. Louise Boothe Acharya: Is an award-winning journalist whose work in the Balkan Region dates to 1998/99 when she was a journalist.  She has worked in both the public and private sectors—including U.S. Presidential campaign communications and civic outreach.

She has worked across 28 countries in the International Development sector for donors like USAID, FCDO, Millennium Challenge Corporation and the World Bank since 2003. 

Her expertise is in Strategic Communications, Social Behavior Change, Advocacy, and civil-society engagement. She also has served as an advisor to NGOs and Ministries, alike, on issues of constituency services and outreach.

She has designed and led project implementation with agility via Design-thinking and Human-centered Design approaches that are tailored to local needs and contexts. In the region, she has consulted and led project activities in Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Albania, and Bosnia-Herzegovina

Sreten Koceski has been involved as a volunteer, trainer and consultant in the work of local, national, international and intergovernmental and non-profit organisations. Currently he holds the position executive director at the Community Development Institute – Tetovo (www.cdi.mk), a non-governmental organization established in 1995 as one of the founding members.

Currently, his is active in the area of social services, inclusion, social entrepreneurship, vocational education and training, non-formal education and confidence building measures. He has been involved as a trainer and/or consultant on various EU funded programs for non-formal education, social affairs projects, confidence building measures and other topics, by providing support and training to the civil society organizations, members of the municipal committees for inter-community relations, journalists, and members of the municipal administration. He has been delivering services in Southeast European countries, Vietnam, Uganda, Kenya, USA and other countries.

Sreten is author of publications, research analyses and policy papers related to inter-ethnic relations and confidence building measures.

Mag. Stephanie Fenkart MA is Director of the International Institute for Peace (IIP) since 2016. She has an MA in Development Studies from the University of Vienna and an MA in Human Rights from the Danube University, Krems.

She is furthermore a member of the Advisory Committee for Strategy and Security Policy of the Scientific Commission at the Austrian Armed Forces (BMLV).

She is also a board member of the NGO Committee for Peace, Vienna.
